He's gonna bone Violet.

I posted an intwerview with Shaun Sipos a bit further up genki and he does tease a few things that I think will make you happy. I know it did me
(and BTW it seems we have yet another ship in common. )


I agree with the producers that the show needs some spruccing up, and getting rid of Violet was a good move, but I still don't get the Auggie demise. He was underused, but he certainly had potential (and fine abs).

IMO, and apperantly I'm not alone, the other more despensible character is Riley (and what with Auggie out of the picture, she's also out of even "in theory" good storylines).
To me, she is a snore and annoying. Now I'm not saying that some other characters aren't both those things, but they are more appealing presences and I personally could see storylines ahead for them.

For example Jonah. I'll admitt, objectivelly, boring character, but I think MR does make him likeable and relateable with the little he's given to do, which does make me as a viewer kinda attached to him and willing to give him a chance.
Same with Lauren. I find her moral conflict and clashing of the side job with her everyday life a little blant. But her now potential romance with David, the torn loyalties between David and Micheal (you know she will find herself in the middle of that eventually or else why make a show of putting her in the situation if you're not going to address it) are interesting to me.

I'm hoping, especially seeing as they aren't actually killing Auggie off, they could just make him have a relaspe, check himself in rehab and bring him back again, either towards the end of the season, or in the (unlikely chance of a S2) next year.


On a side note: Am I the only one who's upset that Caleb is leaving?
I love him! And I love his dynamic with Ella!!!!
Secretelly I want them to de-gay him and have them hook up, but even if they don't, their work bicker-banter is awesome! She needs a good sparring partener and with him gone she'll lose that (and before you all jump up and say "AMANDA" I think you have to admitt that you know with her it will be a more mentor/idol/intimidation kind of a thing so definitelly not the same vibe)!

BTW how am I not surprised that Ella figures out Lauren is a call girl? I'm gonna miss Ella.
