I don't believe they would have an NB relationship right now because they know that it would put Nate in such a villanous position in the eyes of both CB and CN fans. And, yes, even NV fans!
Nate is a main character, and they wouldn't do that to him, you know? |

NB will obviously be a prop though. They've had no build-up whatsoever and CB is left hanging without yet having had their real shot...
Plus now, B has admitted she loved C... He has to return the words. No moving on will be acceptable or believable until he does... __________________

u know i just find this funny
yes...there are some NB spoilers floating... and honestly..why is anyone surpised and shocked and calling it bad writing? seriously, these writers are not planning to end the show on episode 25 of this season... they plan to have many many seasons.... and i'll tell u right now, there will be some NB, some CB, some NS, some, CV, and every other conbination... did anyone not see anyother teen dramas with musltiple hot people? just check 90210..i think by the 10th season, almost everyone had been with everyone.... cause it just has to be done if you want to keep a show going... yes CB and DS have a lot of fans...but if u keep them together for long periods of time it gets boring for a) people who ship other couples b) people who dont ship and just watch the show as a whole because these guys are 17... not to mention its supposed to be an edgy drama...so they will push the limits... i wouldn't be surprised if chuck blai have a little fling sometime in the future...because writers need change too.. they would want to pair off different actors and different pairs..see how they bounce off eachother... if u think about it NB was a core couple until they put CB and realized theres chemistry and potential... u CANNOT have a long running successful show with core couples always being a couple.... we don't know the upcoming NB storyline, and i for one, will not judge it until i see it... GG has had some great writing in the past, and i am willing to put my faith that they might come up with something good... and after what blairs been through with chuck, does it not make sense for her to want to go back to a time when life held more promise and innocense? and after the uncertainty that chuck has seen in his dads life, and suddenly becoming the head of a billion dollar corporation, does it seem logical that he wants to deal with Blair, who is going to be an emotional wreck due to the Yale stuff? I know we all wanted Blair and Chuck to help eachother up... but they're 17... do they really have the maturity to deal with their own crap and take on someone elses? my point of the rant? It's a journey... It's a popular show...it isn't ending tomorrow... a hookup with an ex is not the end-all and be-all of storylines....just dont see why people have to feel like they need be sooo depressed or sooooooo angry.... __________________

I really, really, really don't want this happening. I don't want a relationship, a hookup, a fake romance, NO. Just give me my damn deep friendship. I'm sick of them playing around with Nate's character. Furthermore, it'll just hurt NB seeing as it's another prop for CB. Just noooo.
