I don't remember Chcuk winning Real Estate man of the year. It seems like Bart is doing a really good job with BI, still don't understand why Chuck thinks it belongs to him. Like run your own company, or go to college.

Maybe she is yelling at him before the speech. Bart probably requests him to speak. They will probably do a bait and switch. Dan is supposed to be against the NJBC but turns out to be on their side.

Either that or it's about Serena. But I am certain Dan is not going to be the villain in 609. That's the series finale. And he is at the CB wedding.
