So he has to deal with his feelings for Brennan and the repercussions of 'that' moment along with the hurt he feels about her and Jared. Obviously for Jared he'd go with the punch but with Brennan I don't think he'd know how to handle it.

After read all that I left in the last thread and what you wrote in this I have a new theory. The episode is gonna start with the scene in the promo, Brennan in Bed with Booth in the AU, then we´re gonna see the rest of the gang, and maybe btw the AU we see brennan in the OR with Booth, it has been 1 week and Booth can go home, brennan goes with him and we´ve got the sex, i don´t know if it´s gonna be because of the baby or the dream or just because they can´t wait more, but the real sex is gonna be in the end.

This way we have The end in the beggining, the sex.

And about the theory of BB future kiss, I don´t think it happens. Bones never done something like that and also HH said the sex will bring ramifications and if the sex is in the future it can´t.

So the sex is gonna be real and I want Thursday to come soon!!!
