i think pretty much pple figured it out that GA might be Oliver’s sister giving the title for 7x10 if that was true or not

Yep and she said she wasn't aware of that since she doesn't keep up with the show but as soon as as she was told, she deleted.

They're probably still filming scenes for other Arrow episodes during the crossover. That's why the schedule is a mess during this time of the year, for the cast and the crew.
