I think fans already believed it was Westallen getting married but seems like David confirmed it is with this comment:

Not that i care that much, but i don't see a Oliver and Felicity wedding until the very end of the show.

Hell, i'm not even sure they'll be completly back together when s6 starts (the writers tend to do unecessary drama and stalling).

He didn’t explicitly say, but the fan asked if she would be happy (because she wanted it to be Olicity) to which he replied “well you’ll be happy with either right?”

I doubt the Barry/Iris wedding is actually going to happen. Sure, the episode will probably have it all set up but then sht is going to go down and the wedding will be stopped dead in it's tracks.

I guess we'll see if they actually follow through with it but either way the event they are gathering for seems to be Westallen's wedding whether it officially happens or not.

I like this "one vilain for each team member" thing....i think. It depends on the execution but it could be good.
