People who care sometimes lie to try and spare our feelings.

I try my best to be honest in real life, but no one wants to hurt other people's feelings.

It may take strenght, but it takes less strenght to do this than to always been fighting against negavitity if I allowe myself to dwell.

Really good point Sunny.

It takes a lot of energy to dwell, and be in a negative space, and it's just upsetting.

I understand why you feel that way. It works very well for you.

I'd like to keep getting better at that.
