We're going back to lower temps next week too, but nothing like what you have.

They're saying our storms leading up to that could get really bad.

The famous Arctic vortex is coming back to bite us in the back.

We hadn't seen it this year yet.

Last year, we had unnaturally warm weather starting in March.

Nothing like you get over there, but way warmer than we get here normally.

This year, we're just doing the opposite.

We haven't been able to predict the weather up here for years now.

We used to, back when I was younger, but it's gotten a lot more unpredictable.

I always say weather people couldn't get it right if they were standing on a roof while right in it.

It's the same here-but they generally get in the ballpark.

The closer we get to the day, the more accurate the prediction is here as well.

I just meant that it's not something that I trust too much in advance, you know?

When I was younger, we could do that.

I'm hoping the days are warming up here...

We're doing a "practice" walk next Tuesday at lunch and I'm hoping the weather/temperature will be cooperative.

It was snowing today... It's supposed to snow again tomorrow. Bleh.

And these are people who are supposed to do the walk with us on the day.

So we'll see what we wind up doing then.

Yeah, I hope that stops for you, and melts quickly.

We're having flurries, and are expected to get about an inch of snow.

Good that you all are walking together, getting some prep time in.

It's already melted.

We might get more this week, because there's precipitation in the forecast, but we'll be hovering around the freezing point.

So that could mean rain, freezing rain, melting snow or plain old snow.

So we'll see what we get.
