trouble on just
plain pavement anymore.
Ice is seriously
dangerous for you.

sidewalks are fairly
decent for you.

Well, we got
a couple of
inches of the
powdery stuff and
it was actually
a little slippery
when I was
walking home because
it was so
powdery fine that
it didn't adhere
to the sidewalk.

So it clumped
under the wait
of pedestrians and
the various clumped
up bits made
it a little
slippery. But not
too bad, really.

It's funny that
there is a
"just right" snow.
I so get
what you mean
by that powdery
snow that fell.

We still haven't
gotten more than
flurries, but maybe
on this weekend.

you would think
the soggy, heavier
snow would be
more dangerous, and
maybe it is.
What do I
know? But that
powdery crap, when
it gets compacted,
is so slippery...

It's better than
ice, for sure.

at Food Lion,
had fog that
had frozen to
ice on pavement.

my cane slipped,

Fortunately, the city
always comes around
to fix things.
Eventually at least.

They've spread rocks
and sand on
the sidewalks so
that they're not
as slippery now.
And, besides, that's
what winter boots
were made for.
