Yeah-that's not what I remember about it either-just a lot of intensity.

It's just amazing the way the story plays out, and then heartbreaking. One of my favorites for sure.

It'll be interesting to see how the music plays.
I've noticed the "original music" presence in this second season. A lot of music has been changed. So far, I've noticed it, but it really hasn't bothered me because I frankly don't remember what was there originally. After Hours is one of those episodes where the music is not only vital, but something that I really remember. So it'll be interesting to see if they kept the original music or, if not, if the replacement is as effective. __________________

Wow-I think I haven't noticed the music at all-now I'm gonna be listening intently.

Yeah, much of the music has changed for sure, due to copyright rights and all. I'll be curious, too, to see how it plays out.

I haven't had a huge moment of realization, I have to say. I didn't spend enough attention on the music the first time around. I just remember that there were songs. And there hasn't been a whole lot of that so far.

So far the music seems pretty good, but I do remember songs, and I miss that. They always express things a little better.
Regular episodes follow this one right? No more single character focus? I want Bos and Faith back. __________________

No, I think a good portion of the season was single focus right? Or am I looking it?

It's hard to tell from the little episode descriptions included in the DVD set, but it does seem like the rest of the season will be still character-focused episodes but with a bit more ensemble-y stories.

Well, I can live with that. Weird choice for a second season of a series.

Well, Bernie did make some oddball choices along the way... Satan, anyone?

I guess he just wanted (S2) to give the audience a better understanding of the characters, and well Satan was a chance to put angst with Bos and Faith, to put struggles and test their partnership.
