Well, I slept most of today. And I've been playing with my Webkinz since I got near the computer.
I will have down times during my days, and maybe instead of going to sleep everytime, I can watch a Buffy with commentary. __________________

Hey, this isn't homework.
If playing computer games brings you joy, then I say go with God, my good woman. You do whatever you need to do. __________________

It's not?
Yeah, I'm getting more and more curious. Do you listen to the commentary while watching the episodes, or do they have them as DVD extras? __________________

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here, so let me put it to you this way.
As far as I can remember, you put in the one DVD in the DVD player. Then, either by accessing the special features menu of that disc OR the special features of the selected episode (if you push a "Play All button, it doesn't work), you can access the audio commentary. Another way to access the audio commentary is if you have and "Audio" button on your DVD remote. If you're watching an episode that has an audio commentary, you should be able to access it while watching that episode by pushing the "Audio" button, which will move from one audio track to the other. Basically, when you're accessing an audio commentary, you're watching the episode while listening to someone else who's also watching it (well, watched it at some point in the past) while recording their thoughts. So, usually, it syncs up with what you're watching. Does that make any sense? __________________

That makes really good sense. Thank you.
Hopefully I'll have some time today and tomorrow, cause I'm anxious to get started. __________________

And I can't wait to hear what your experience of them is.
But, again, this isn't homework. I'm just curious. __________________

Well, I hope you do.
Some of them are probably more interesting than others, seeing as there are different personalities and all that... __________________

Yeah-and while I love almost everyone on Buffy, there is Xander.
Everyone else I like. Hm. __________________

Oh, we're so similar!!!!
I kinda loathed Xander, after a bit anyway. I wanted to like him, but kinda found that he wouldn't let me, if you know what I mean. __________________

That's EXACTLY it Sunny! I swear he's who Joss is, or wanted to be. That's what I thought at the time.
I has such a hard time even tolerating him as Kevin on Criminal Minds. Xander, dislike intensely, and always will. __________________

Joss was quite honest about Xander being a bit of stand-in for him. At least, that's how Xander started out.
Probably why I liked him at first, too. But then we got to the bit where he didn't tell Buffy about the spell Willow was gonna do to re-ensoul Angel and, yeah, it took WAY too long to address that. And, I don't know, it feels like he spent a lot of time after that feeling better than most a little more every single day. Which didn't endear him to me either. __________________

Yeah, I feel pretty much the same way as you.
Once he didn't tell Buffy the spell, and then LIED on top of it saying Willow said "Kick his ass". Never liked him even a little bit after that. Mind you, I watched season 1 @ 2 at the same time on the WB that repeat summer season, so I had a lot less time to like him. __________________

I did the same thing!
I discovered Buffy during the summer after its first season aired. So, yeah, I didn't like Xander all that long either, except that the soul bit was at the end of Season 2. So there's one season where I liked him. Didn't really hate him when he was with Cordelia either. But, you know, I would have prefered that he spill the beans. __________________

Cordelia definitely made him more tolerable. I loved her later on, and it started when they were together.
We're so full of coincidences. Off to start the new thread. Feel free to alter the title if you want to. __________________
