Josh Groban did a lovely song that's in the closing credits of TROY. :sun: Quote:

They did use that song poignantly in Cruel Intentions.
This scene/movie/soundtrack give me all the feels. Nu metal and silly vampire movies were obviously a very good combo. Teen angst music from late '90s and early '00s is underrated (even pop punk and emo, which were never my cup of tea). So are pretty-and/or-fun-but-dumb horror movies from the same period. |
Gwen, I love the ending to that film - it's the only film I liked Sarah Michelle Gellar and I never liked Buffy either
Now back in time when we could all boogie to this classic by Bee Gees from Stayin' Alive movie starring John Travolta |
^ Saturday Night Fever! :woot:
I watched the sequel the other day. It was... Different. Not bad, just different. Quote:

I love all the Songs from "Queen of the Damned", great song clips guys! Thanks for sharing thoughts.
I was so sad to hear of Aaliyah passing. I also heard that it was so close to her filming of Queen of the Damned and she died before they could finalize some scenes, so in her death scene, that's why they chose the CGI aspect and turned her to look so ash/stone. In tags because of size:

Queen of the Damned soundtrack was awesome - this is in my huge music collection.
But Aaliyah's death was so tragic. I actually met her in LA once and also been to her concert. She was a humble and sweet girl, and not a diva. I was so sad about her tragic death. I have all her music and all her album's. I'm going to play this song which was on Dr Dolittle soundtrack starring Eddie Murphy. Oh man I used to do great dance moves to this. May she R.I.P. |
Awesome that you had a chance to meet Aaliyah and see her in concert. That song is lovely. I don't think I've heard it before.
Totally agreed with all of you about Aaliyah's death being so tragic. She was so young. Quote:
Found this System Of A Down song (well, SOAD's Berlin cover, to be more precise) I've never heard before in Dracula 2000 soundtrack. (That movie is also not good. At all. But the soundtrack is so my late middle and early high school with Linkin Park, SOAD, Static X, Disturbed, Pantera, Slayer, etc.) |
i'll take Singles or Across the Universe any day!
|
I love that Aaliyah track Mike. I actually still have it in my Favourites Playlist.
I've still never seen "Across the Universe". :nono: |
Lestat's piano playing when he returns to Claudia & Louis in Interview With The Vampire -- I love how it's a tactic to keep them in suspense but it's clearly also a way for him to regain a sense of himself

^^ I loved the classical music from the film. Thanks for that! :)

The BB score by Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard is epic  I love the part where Ducard is training Bruce |
Great soundtrack!
I loved the Indie Rock music sounds from The Craft a lot. Especially this song: |
Interview with the vampire was a great movie and a good soundtrack.
A classic song from The Busboys from the classic movie 48 Hours starring Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte |
^ Always loved Boys Are Back in Town!
And great to see James Horner's name on the credits, how wonderful he was :sigh: Millie, I really loved the music in the The Craft :dj: A great 90's soundtrack, represented their girl group perfectly |
