I can't get over how different Keanu looks now though

I heard the latest one is more meta?

I haven't really seen full scenes. I've seen bits and pieces in memes.

It's like Lord of the Rings. I've had so many chances to watch both series on TV but somehow just avoided it.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen any Matrix memes before

yeah it took me 3 years to watch the first movie all the way through

attempted to watch the first movie on a plane ride to Germany one year (got as far as the first scene before I got bored and switched to another movie I had seen before) and then saw the kung fu scene on TV the next year

I love Matrix, especially the first movie. I have recently rewatched the series so that I can remember the movie as a whole before watching the 4th one which is critizised by people very hard. Will see soon...

After the way people unfairly bashed the last two movies, I'm not surprised the same happened with Resurrections. As usual, I'll see the movie later for myself but I do still think the movie wasn't needed.

I don’t think it was so much bashing as finding it underwhelming but honestly most of the new movies lately have made me disappointed with their storylines so I’m tending to go in with lower expectations
