Writers and foreign film/short film/animators are the worst. I don't mind it because I actually have a speech in mind (I'm a writer and fully expect to write a movie that wins Oscars one day).

That's why people need to shut up on TV: no one knows those random names. Instead, they need to get on social media or Youtube and do a blog/vlog about who those people are, what they did to help them there, etc... I love reading those stories. I just don't want to hear it in a rushed telecast!

This article blew up on social media yesterday (Marvel fans overreacting as per usual ) and I just gotta say that YouTuber/film reviewer Chris Stuckmann sums up my thoughts on the situation perfectly -



This proves that you really cannot have a different opinion on films without 1000s of strangers attacking you. Freedom of expression isn't allowed anymore, I guess.

Anyway, more power to the always brilliant and talented Scorsese for not kissing a CGI-centric movie genre's butt like everyone else seems to do these days
