I have to add though as far as religious themed movies go, "Passion of the Christ" was a brilliant film.

That was well done. I would like to see someone making it who is completely unreligious so that it can be made completely subjectively instead of objectively. Would be interesting to compare!

Another great series that is also on Netflix is "The Bible", really exceptionally well done!

Religion freaks me out and bothers me philosophically, so I don't know if I could get through that without finding holes.

You likely will, but it's still a great series and the stories are told well.

Which I appreciate so I may end up liking it. Old Testament stuff is cooler, too, because that's when the world was a scarier place and the stories were created to cope with the understanding we had as a civilization (which of course now are religious parables).
