Anterior cruciate ligament (knee) injury. We don't know how it happened, but he's telling us in one tweet that he should take his body's advice and stay in bed and then in the next tweets he's off gallivanting. Not cool. He should take more care.

Nina should intervene and make him stay in bed! It cannot be that hard.

I think he tore his ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). I googled it LOL.
a ligament tear is very painful but if he's in LA hanging out with friends hopefully its not too serious.

He might actually be resting in bed in LA considering we don't know how and when he got the knee injury. If it was before he left for LA or if it happened once he got to LA and yes it does sound like its a painful knee injury. He might even have to have surgery on it though hopefully not and recovers fairly quickly from it. I know what its like to have a knee injury.

Nina is twitter quiet again...where is she? Wonder if she is in LA as well or if she had to work yesterday maybe she is still in ATL.

But yeah, I guess we will find out how bad the injury is if we get pics soon.

That's really weird , I mean yesterday he said he was shoot in the evening something about doing a scene with Paul. So today he said about be in the bed cause torn ACL then I presume he was in ATL. but now this thing about LA?How can he travel? I really don't understand nothing now I hope someone can explain this and Ian is ok now.

I "only" had back injuries, but boy, do those bite you back if you don't take them seriously and rest. I hope he will not have to learn that the hard way.

My mother in law had this ACL. It makes your knees give out from under you. It actually made her tumble down a set of stairs giving out at the wrong time.

That wasn't yesterday when he tweeted about working w/Paul it was Thursday. Then he was quiet for a bit & then the next time he tweeted it was about that shark ban in CA yesterday which could've been a clue that he was there already. My guess is that he was in LA yesterday & maybe had the day off from filming. I can't tell when he hurt his knee though seemed like a new-ish injury that might've happened yesterday. It was a nice day in LA yesterday so maybe he was out doing some outdoor fun & got hurt.
