Hugh has one of the fittest bodies in Hollywood. He has such low body fat percentage.

And what makes it more impressive is he is almost 46. His personal trainers said he is the hardest working celebrity they have worked with. I think Fassy said that too. His wife says he is really into healthy foods. If what is said about him is true, Hugh was never a smoker, doesn't excessively drink, has never had a drug problem, and works out every day even when not training for a role. He is also a dancer and bikes everywhere he goes. So he seems to live a very healthy lifestyle, and that shows in his build.

You're welcome everybody! I'm excited to watch Hugh on Jimmy Fallon tonight. I also just bought my Broadway tickets to see Hugh perform this December! My boyfriend and one of our mutual close friends is also going. I'm so excited!

So when I see Hugh talking about his Broadway show on Jimmy Fallon tonight, I'll squee really hard like an idiot.

Hugh posted this on his twitter today, and I love that he does stuff like this because he really always encourages his fans and others to give back and to care about each other:

Hugh is a member of the Board of Directors for the Academy, which is also a nonprofit, and he is very involved with ensuring these kids have a great place to receive an education. Please, please watch. I urge you. There is NOTHING I care more about than helping people in need, and being a part of nonprofit organizations, and the more people that are aware of great things like this, the better. This is partly why Hugh Jackman is one of my absolute favorite celebrities. His entire life outside of acting has always seemed dedicated to his family, philanthropy, and helping others in need. It's not something he participates in once in a while. Giving is part of his every day life.

I'll take photos if I'm allowed to, but I'm not sure what the rules are for taking photos in the Broadway theater. I hope I get to! I've been to Radio City Music Hall, where I saw the Rockets, but I've never been to Broadway.

He is. It is very uplifting. If someone is having a bad day, they can look at Hugh's twitter and Instagram and just smile. Like the motto of his nonprofit company "Laughing Man." He says "ALL BE HAPPY!"

Guys, I might get to meet Hugh Jackman! He did indeed say that for anyone who goes to his play and sticks around, he will sign autographs for them. I had bought my tickets yesterday morning!

You all can watch Hugh's entire interview and the funny "pool bowling" game here on NBC's website, but you have to watch it by midnight because they take the episode down. I wish they posted the part of the interview on YouTube where Hugh was doing funny impersonations of his wife falling asleep in theaters and poking fun at Al Pacino's signature, and he said if you go to his play and fall asleep, he will understand, and he will still sign your autograph. Hugh's failed attempt at cheating while "pool bowling" is a highlight for me. He is such a silly guy.

Also, I wanted to point out that I love so much that Hugh is wearing a T-Shirt for the Global Citizens Festival, which is a charity event he will be hosting in a couple of weeks that aims to help impoverished communities.
