^ I don't know who the villain is in the background of that art.

So I read up everything Gambit on Wiki (which might not be accurate) so now I want a copy of the "X-Men Legacy" comic because it is full of Gambit/Rogue angst.

Oh, God it is so romantic. What else does he say? I liked them in the cartoon. Buy they have never found a way to be together, have they?

I haven't seen Lost, but Gambit in the cartoon always struck me as a womaniser.

They haven't because of Rogue's powers. They've been together for a while in X-Treme X-Men because they both lost their powers and decided to live a normal life together and retired from X-Men temporarily. They came back and got their powers back in the process and they haven't been together since. Plus Rogue keeps pushing him away saying that if he really loves her, then he should let her go. I am getting obsessed with these two again after I read all these details.

I don't know anything else that can be as angsty than that. Btw, I found the the before and after of that comic I posted above. I'll post it for later (FYI, it's heartbreaking).
