Yup, that's a tunnel to a metro station.

Montreal does seem to have a comprehensive underground metro system!

Also this is the first time I have seen the trains with tires!

I'm sure other cities have more extensive metro systems. I mean, London, Paris and New York City, off the top of my head, seem to have a larger system. But it does the job.

And Montreal's is the only metro/subway system I've ever encountered, so the tires are normal to me. Apparently, it makes it quieter, but that just makes me cringe at the idea of how loud those other trains must be.

Here in LA we have a small subway system but it's mostly buses.

I hate taking the bus. They're so crowded here and, with the snarled traffic everywhere, it's so slooooooow.

Here is Milton Keynes in the UK. It is a planned city. It is considered a smart city!

Not surprising that any place that would encompass Bletchley (sp?) would go on to be known as a smart city.

It does seen to be a very spread out city it least for the rest of the UK!
