I've not done much exercise, and have been eating a bit too much recently. Still hoping to get back on track next week.

I have been losing weight because of this anti-inflammation diet but whenever I am now allowed to test a type of food I go crazy I'll have that weight back in no time

I've been doing well lately. That means I start to relax and increase what I'm eating. It's hard to keep it up at such times.

The most I can manage is to go first for the healthy snacks and try to fill myself up on those.

what does everyone do around here?

i run - a very 'meh' sport for me, i do it for the cardio more.
swim - probably my best sport
yoga
climbing - not bad at that either
and do a little bit of gym work?

I've been doing an online workout program that has a huge workout library as well as targeted 1-5 week plans. I'm really glad my friend got me started because it's been so beneficial for my mental health to really commit to a program and stick with it.

I got a Fitbit and am trying to get in steps each day. Seems to be working some.
