the customer service i've been receiving lately has been atrocious! i mean, i try and support business by going OUT instead of ordering online, but i think that's about to change. ugh.

I've been noticing that where I live, too. I never send in complaints to companies because we all have bad days, but in the last month or two, I've had to call/email a complaint 3 times because the service was just THAT bad. I'm with you: Amazon all the way. The only local store that is good to me is Game Stop...the rest can kiss my ass!

I have not notice this when I live. One that I have been noticing that I the workers are never around when I need help but they are always around when I don't need help. I would like to buy my movies, season, books, games, and puzzles on-line instead of going to the store to get them.

I hate when parents dont listen. my parents finally started listening to me in the last 4 years...specifically last year, haha. I turn 29 in August, so that's a little bit to go like that.
