I haven't really had the time I would like to hike. I did take a camping trip 2 weekends ago and did some day hiking which was great.
I'm thinking that once I come back after Thanksgiving break I'll hike up the trails we have near campus. It's cold enough so there shouldn't be a worry of snakes and other things. __________________

 too bad I have too many health issues, disabilities, and chronic pain for past 15 years(since 1995). I would love  to be hiking/backpacking!!!  Also saying a quick mod Hi & Bye and will check back by again! __________________

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that, Karen. For me, hiking actually helps me with a knee issue I've had for years. I've got patellar misallignment (I know I spelled that wrong
 ) but basically, my kneecap doesn't track in my leg the way it's supposted to, so it rubs against the bone and becomes inflamed. Amazingly enough, hiking actually helps. Working out and walking regularly keeps it from becoming inflamed, and walking on the uneven ground strengthens my leg muscles and keeps my knee tracking well. It's almost like a "if you don't use it you'll lose it" kind of thing. I can always tell when I haven't been hiking for a couple weeks because my knee starts to hurt __________________

I would like to, if I am gettibg the other form of missionary work then I will do it for sure.
Trying to see if Cynthia will go with me to do the other forms. Also looking into some rock climbing at the rock gym. __________________

I usually just hike in local state parks and trails, which is something I definitely plan on doing this summer, maybe even this weekend.

I went hiking in Scotland during the summer. Ive never felt so alive climbing to the top of a big hill. Breathing in that clear fresh air. Gonna do it again
