Dude that sucks! I'd print out your emails and take 'em along with your c/c statement. Hopefully the fact that you can prove you've already paid for the item will mean they'll pull their finger out and give you what you paid for! Will keep my *fingers crossed* for you.

Phee, you did a really great job with that button on the WP.

Thanks, Juzzie. I ended up cutting and pasting bits from the letters in the original button pic to make up the letters I needed. Don't know why I didn't try that in the first place instead of trying to find a font that matched and then trying to use filters and stuff to make it look like the writing on the button. I always seem to try to do stuff the hard way first.

Sometimes that's a good thing though, as you find out how to do other cool stuff when you do things the hard way.

Thanks Phee well I did what I said and the girl behind the desk, helped me she rang the eastern states (vic, I think ) and the women on the phone who send the email, said to fax them all to her
