I HATE phone numbers who have "private" on my caller i.d. [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] I'm thinking is it a hang up or a prank from someone who gives me hell for years [img]smilies/mad.gif[/img]
I wish they would move on...I have [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] or a bloody teller person [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] I don't want to put up the phone

I think prank callers are funny, anyway. I had one for like a year once, and ended up having a few good conversations with him. I figure it's their money they're wasting... Yeah but it is soooo frustrating!
Chris had one for over a year and sometimes they would ring at obscene hours of the night and wake us all up! Instead of ignoring it he played along and that's why they kept ringing. After about 6 mths he got so annoyed he started ignoring there calls or hanging up as soon as he realised it was them and it took 6 mths but they soon stopped.

We actually have another reason for not answering, apart from telemarketers. One of my brothers-in-law is a bit of a nutjob, and if you answer the phone and he's on the other end you'll be sitting there for at least half an hour hearing him slurring down the phoneline in his constantly drunken state about how he's in ASIO and fighting the Mafia and how they're trying to kill him. Or how he's the reincarnation of Jesus and how he's gonna die again and save the human race. And how he knows that no one believes him and thinks he's crazy, but we'll all be proven wrong. And so on. [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] The moral of this story: take note kiddies, LSD will mess you up....just say no to drugs!!!

I use torches to read books [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] but they keep dying...I have to recharge them all the time

My motto is "Everything in moderation"
That is not to say I do these drugs in moderation (or at all) but I think everything is ok as long as you don't go too hard. However I DONOT see the point in LSD - that's a trip right?

This might seem hypercritical seeings I have a few addictions of my own (like coca cola and cigarettes) however I donot see the point in drug addictions. I could never allow myself to get addicted.

Well my brother-in-law didn't just do LSD. I don't think there's a drug he didn't try. And the word "moderation" certainly isn't in his vocabulary. Basically, his parents split up when he was a teenager (he's in his 40s now) and he just went nuts. It's really sad to see someone and think that they're beyond help, but he really is. [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img] He's not interested in being cured from his delusions. He doesn't like being on medication (he's actually been diagnosed as schizophrenic BTW). He's been in and out of hospitals. Sometimes he gets a little bit better, but inevitably he always reverts to his insane self. He's never gonna be able to think straight again. His brain pretty much got fried with all the drugs he did. [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img]

Anyway, on the lighter side of addictions, I've got plenty of them. I just added a new one to the list, too. Blue Ribbon Pina Colada icecream. OMG, that stuff is soooooo yummy!!! It was on special a couple weeks back when we were shopping, and it looked kinda cool (it's green [img]smilies/tongue.gif[/img] ) so I couldn't resist throwing it in the shopping trolley, and dammit I'm glad I did!!! Just thinking about it is making me drool. [img]smilies/drool.gif[/img]

Kel, I have no idea where to get those lights from. I always used to read in bed with a torch when I was a kid, and it was so annoying having to hold the torch. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

hey hey kelly my sister has a book lamp that runs on batteries! I saw it last night! She said she got it from her book club when she was in High school. However I can recall seeing similiar at my Australia Post shop on St George's Tce before Christmas... Hope that helps...

His parents were split up when he was barely in in teens. He got in a wrong crowd who did drugs, and that's how he got schizophrenic
To control his schizophrenic [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img] he wouldn't take the drugs to stop the voices in his head

YEAH IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!

Ok so I have a fantastic weekend ahead of me!

Tonight Chris and I have reserved a copy of S.W.A.T (I am yet to see it) so we are watching that and probably cooking up some pasta for dinner.

Tomorrow morning we are going out to breakfast in mt Lawley to our little cafe that we call Calabrases (Dunno it's real name [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] ) They do BIG brekkies for $10.
Then I am going up to a friends block of land in the bush. We love it there. Her and I go there to veg out all the time. Tomorrow we will be planning our trip to Melbourne in July that we have decided to take! I am purely going for some AFL action and she is going to shop!

Then that night I have a party - it is at a club that specialises in cocktails so I will be going off [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

Then I suspect I will be sleeping most of Sunday [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
