I love this movie with a intense passion. A few things - firstly I saw the movie long before I read the book but for those of you that are intending to read the book TREAD CAREFULLY FORE YOU TREAD ON YOUR MEMORIES. yeah, maybe a little dramatic but the book is VERY satirical it does have an amazing bit in something called 'The Zoo of Death' which has stuck with me. But overall it is more satircial than anything else. And for the record it was written by William Goldman originally there is NO unabridged verison (It's a big joke), this confused me for a while. lol.

Not to diss the movie or anything, but I saw it for the first on a bus trip home. I must've been really tired or something because I didn't get what the point was at all.

Hey!

I would be crazy if I didn't come in here and ask to be added! I have a story to share...

Well I watched it for the first time and I was terrified of that dirty old rat! You know terrified doesn't even sum it up, I was peralyzed to my bed, I mean I couldn't even move! I was like a stiff board! anyway, I watched the commentary the next day, the rat was one of thoase puppets that are attatched to a string! Ok, go ahead, laugh at my stupidity! :lamio:

This really is a great movie!

Those swamp rats were butt-ugly!

My favourite lines?

"No more rhyming. And I mean it!"
..."Anybody want a peanut?"

They used to show this movie at school when it was raining and we had to stay indoors. I never really liked it til I was older though.

"Is this a kissing book?"

I love that line!

This film has a very simple plot but I really enjoyed it. It's very entertaining.
