There was no excuse for us having to wait that long for a ride home. I get 20-30 minutes, but not over 3 hours.

Today would have been my parents 55th wedding anniversary. They are both passed and I am sure they are celebrating up in heaven.

what was the cab company excuse for having to wait that long to get you when they came? i hope you gave them hell when you called them on the phone.

That there wasn't too many drivers around. I did give them hell. I hope that when we go to Walmart tomorrow we don't have too long of a wait especially with frozen foods and dairy products.

The trip was a lot better other than it being really hot outside.

I went shopping yesterday. I got everything that I needed, but it was so hot out when we were outside waiting for the cab to come get us, I got overheated and my head was pounding. Thankfully the cab didn't take too long to get us. Once I put everything away and Jade went home, I went to my room, turned on the AC and ceiling fan, and cooled down.

glad the trip wasnt too bad for ya. it is pretty hot out. i cant wait for this heatwave to be over. thank goodness for a/c. hope it didnt take long to cool ya off.

It didn't take as long as it used too, just under an hour. I am staying indoors until at least sometime later this week.

I thank God for that. I woke up to my hip hurting. I don't know why, but it is starting to go away.

That's possible.

I haven't been feeling well lately. I can't keep some foods down. Luckily, I have prescription anti-nausea medicine and it helps.
