Thanks for the new thread. So far, the heat hasn't been that bad this summer. It's actually been pretty crisp and cool in the mornings. Temps go down into the 50's overnight. It has been pleasant.

I had some fun.

My appointment went well, I have to see a neck doctor to see if the pain I am having is from my neck or my shoulder. I think it's both. I have an appointment tomorrow to have a bone density test.

My appointment went well. I had some trouble getting onto the exam table, it was a little high for me and my legs aren't that strong. I had help and got up on the table.

I went out yesterday. I got my hair shampooed, cut, and blow dried. I made an appointment to have my hair shampooed and blow dried again next week. I went shopping and got more food. I should have enough to last me for a while.
