She could but in the original series it was a huge mistake to kill her off but it really affected the first series before they rebooted it.

I love the Dream arc (don't know what else to call it) I would love a new movie but with Wes passed away i don't know how to feel

It would of been nice to have him back and involved like Carpenter was with "Halloween", but I am sure there is someone out there who can do it justice.

i'm okay with them going without Robert....Halloween was different. Now if they did a sequel with Nancy and Robert, let's talk. New Nightmare was actually great, but i'd love a modern day scary take on a sequel with them. Wishful thinking...but it would make a bazillion dollars!
