Actually no it's the opposite.
See we have a chocolate covered honeycomb candy bar here in Oz called a Crunchie. So it's brown on the outside and gold on the inside. So when ur a bruette ( like myself ) has a 'dumb blonde' moment, ur a bruette on the outside but really a dump blonde inside. Hence a Crunchie. See?__________________
