me either i am happy for her but these doctor shows tend to be all similar

I think it depends on the elements they have. Chicago Med has the crossover potential which adds to the interest because there's so many other characters that come into play, which means countless dynamics to explore. New Amsterdam has a doctor that has cancer that is supposedly terminal iirc, but I'm not sure if that'll be enough to keep me watching.

It's promising, but I kinda feel like I can predict where it is going - his terminal cancer will turn out to not be as terminal as first thought.

Idk, I think it's predictable. It'd be far more surprising if it remained terminal, but they're not going to want to kill off their lead.
