Would the fans want that, I dont know. If not, then how far is too far for a Time Lord? They could have tried a one-off adventure that answers that question.

i dont think the 9th doctor and rose would of fell in love

I dont think it would have worked the same way as it did once David Tennant was in there.
I prefer the way it was with Eccleston though.
He was just out of the Time War and needed a hand...or more.

That he did .. i liked that he had a slight darkness to him and yet he was a happy guy at times

Agreed! You could see the darkness in him when he faced the Daleks in Series One. Or when someone threatened the Earth.

I don't think a second season with the ninth doctor and Rose would have turned out the same way the season with the tenth doctor did (I think Rose seemed like she changed a fair bit in season 2, I liked her less, and of course the Doctor was quite changed personality wise). That said, I strongly believe Rose was already in love with the ninth doctor. No doubt in my mind. Maybe she was unaware of it, but her actions showed it (referring to their outings as 'dates', how strong her feelings were for him, showing jealousy, willing to die for him, etc. not to mention she seemed in love with him at the beginning of season 2, before she even got the chance to know the tenth doctor).

I also think the ninth doctor was in love with her, although I know it was with the certain knowledge that it could never really work out, with him living so long, Rose aging, etc.

I'm always frustrated when people talk about the love story of Doctor/Rose, and frequently leave out all the love in season 1.

I felt like in season 2, we were constantly, nearly every episode, having it loudly shoved down our throat how important they are to each other. In season 1, I felt it was much more natural and just came through loud and clear from facial expressions, actions, etc.

I do agree with that i think she did start to fall in love with the 9th doctor but she wasn't sure until he turned that she loved hik so much being so young to

I think when most people think of the Doctor/Rose they inevitably are thinking of David Tennant with Billie Piper, and not Chris Eccleston. And thats a shame.
Because Chris added something of his own to that dynamic relationship.
That-if nothing else-set the stage for what Tennant would do with the relationship later.

Thats so true like if you search rose/doctor its automatically 10th and rose and i don't know why they both had the same amount of time with her
