I think it would also be wise to have everything new for S11 so the show feels fresh again. But I wouldn't object to Pearl staying longer than 1 season. It all depends on how I'll accept her as a new companion. Clara was okay and although she wasn't my fave companion, I'm sure a lot of the fandom will compare Clara to Bill, especially her dynamic to 12.

Agreed clara was great later on she was cute at the start but i didnt enjoy the romance ... we know for sure that wont be the case thank god

Like I said, romances shouldnt be in Dr. Who. It can cheapen it. it is an adventure series not a soap opera.
