I guess that´s a little mixed up at laurengrahamfan.com.

According to the big celebrity pic sources the pic with the green shirt is from the WB Network All Star Party in January 2001, see for example Wireimage.

The other pic you posted is also from 2001, but from the WB Fall TV Line Up in May, see here.

Ha! I focussed on that pic for like 5 minutes the first time I saw it trying to figure it out. And though I don't know where it is right now, the other picture she has with him... taken a few seconds before or after, it looks like she's moving his hand off of her butt and her face looks annoyed. That's what got me!
