Okay, so I'm a bit crazy. I went back to the Flea Market, and the hat was still there. They said they'd sell it to me for $50 (and that was as low as they were going). So...I bought it. The money goes to a really good charity that I support, so that made it feel better in my head. Also, they said Oliver Platt wore it in the show, but if that's true it's quite alarming because it barely fits me. I mean, I knew my head was huge, but bigger than Oliver Platt's?? I need to do some investigating. Anyway, I'm not sure what I'll do with it now, but I have it.

Love it Claire!!! You have a little piece of Broadway/Lauren history. Totally worth it. I miss G&D too! It was so exciting to know she was performing each night and meeting her was just indescribably wonderful.

I'm so excited for those who were able to see this production. I've read a lot of your accounts and am seething with envy! I SO wished I would've seen Lauren on stage! Hopefully she'll make a return trip to the BroadWAY (how she said it in Letterman) & I can venture up there to see it. *crosses fingers*
