I'm doing my own GG rewatch (again). And I'm almost at the end of season 6... and I've decided to watch all of season 7, for the first time since it originally aired. I've never been able to watch the Lorelai/Chris stuff, but I'm trying to really see this from Lorelai's pov (she's one of the most layered characters I've ever seen) and I guess, as wrong as it was, the move had some sort of sense in the situation.
