Yeah, if you've had a difficult, stressful day. Coming home and listening to instrumental music just melts the anxiety away.

I always do that when I listen to movie soundtracks. I think "this played when so and so happened in the movie', and you imagine the scene playing out in your head.

My mom and I just finished watching LAAH. She was crying at the end. Such a sweet movie. Great way to end a busy day.

It's a sad movie, but I always feel good after I watch it. It's so uplifting.

I haven't got much free time I didn't get chance to watch it tonight but I will make time tomorrow after work it will be a nice way to finish the day after work
