I don't think it would be that long of a wait, the first 2 seasons were released about 7-8 months after filming finished for those seasons. They have already finished filming S3, so assuming they continue that trend of releasing 7-8 months after filming, then they'd probably release S3 sometime in mid 2023 or maybe earlier.

I have great news, Netflix has renewed the Witcher for seasons 4 & 5! And it's been reported that they will film both seasons back to back
