Ah, but you need to drive to live in the suburbs.

And, if you're going to have to learn to drive and then have to pay for a car, pay for the insurance, pay for the licence to drive it and pay for its maintenance, then I'd rather just be in the country where I can just walk around naked in my own house without anyone commenting on it.

Crime isn't much of a city downside for me.

But overcrowding is. Pollution is.

And I miss seeing the seasons change and the being able to see all of the stars at night.

Otherwise, though, I used to have to drive half-an-hour to reach the proper country.

Now I can have stop at my grocery store, my pharmacy, my post office and my bank in that same amount of time.

I'm 20 minutes away from where I work and yet I live in a pretty quiet area.

The city's amazing.
