Well, I'd imagine they'd probably give Memoria three roses. Like you, I gave Legacy 3 but it's just how they decided to score it.

^ "Legacy" is a better episode than "Memoria", so aside from being nice to Miles Millar, Tom should stick with 2 Roses for "Memoria", as far as Tom's rating system works.

I'd argue Memoria is just as good as Legacy. They're both 3 roses episodes for me. Tom may end up liking Memoria more, but I imagine he'll give it two or two and a half like Legacy.
