David Anders and James Marsters can do decent British accents.

British actors though, long list: Hugh Laurie, Idris Elba, Rupert Friend, Damian Lewis, Kate Winslet, Matthew Rhys, Andrew Garfield, just to name a few...

That's true.. I didn't know that Andrew Garfield is British!!

I Andrew Garfield was born in America and raised in the UK, and I think he acutally has duel citizenship.

But, as he was raised in UK he does have a British accent.
