I do enjoy "Beer Bad" more than "Where The Wild Things Are", but to be honest, the latter is still slightly enjoyable. Plus you get Giles singing the Who in it :D

Pretty much loved everything from the beginning. And I still love that buffyverse vampires turn to dust.for sone reason I just love that it leaves no mess. :lol:

I humour was always spot on since the beginning. I still use the phrase 'what is your childhood trauma?'

Cordelia was my favorite character in the first episode. Best lines hands down.

Once I watch the harvest I'll be back..

It's always great to go back and watch S1, like putting on a comfy pair of shoes :lol: I'm planning to rewatch it soon to try and get someone to watch the whole show.

I agree :nod: Season 1 is one of those seasons I can just pop in and watch any episode, unlike some of the other seasons, where I feel like I have to watch all of them to do them justice :nod:

"Teacher's Pet" and "Witch" are always good for a laugh too :lol:

My favourites in S1 are probably Angel, OOMOOS and Prophecy Girl.

Xander and Buffy's friendship was one of the greatest things. I'm always so glad they never went there. We don't have enough male/female friendships in shows. But these three were just such a perfect trio.

Oh Natalie French. I always thought she was Julie Cooper from the oc. They look so alike.

Oh bad hiding of stunt double. Glad yhat most shows aren't this bad anymore. Was Sophia Crawford always her stunt double?

Oh Xander you were such a dork, I feel he was the original dawn this season always in trouble.

I find it so weird thay willow is using a landline phone. Strange not having mobiles. And willow using some really old printer. I took ages to print.

I love the early seasons because of all the older tech in it :lol: It makes me feel nostalgic for that period, because that's what I grew up around :lol: I had a PC monitor and such like they were using on the show until about 2008.

I agree, it was refreshing to see a strong male and female friendship kept purely platonic, despite Xander's feelings for her for a while. It doesn't ALWAYS have to turn to romance.

It was almost like they were going for some kind of triangle in the beginning, with Willow crushing on Xander, and Xander crushing on Buffy. But after a while, that all went away thankfully.

Triangles involving Willow are a BAD idea :lol:

I'm watching S1 now with someone watching for the first time, our last episode was Teacher's Pet. I love being people's "teacher" in all things Buffy. :)
