Yeah, I really wish we would have gotten more Anya-time. One reason Emma Caulfield is such an amazing actress in my opinion is because she completely made the most of all of the material she got, even when she didn't get much, she made it memorable. One thing I notice is when you watch "The Wish", she gives a nuanced performance then even though she thought she was just a guest role. If you pay attention, you can see Anya in that episode sort of sizing everyone up and observing them real subtle-like. It's especially noticeable in the scene where Harmony and the Cordettes make fun of Cordelia with Jonathan on the staircase.

I've noticed that a little bit, but I think I need to go back & rewatch
& I agree about Emma being an amazing actress, most people thing of her comedic moments, but just think about her speech in The Body  She ccould definitely do the emotional stuff too!  __________________

I remember Emma in an interview said people always came up to her and asked her, "How did you do that scene well?" and she always said, "I really just had to go pee!" A real Anya moment for sure.
