Got to see leader Wes last night, talking over and trying to find out exactly what was going on. Great to see and looking very damn fine

I was also happy to see Wes in the leader role today. And he was looking a little less than crazy. I loved it how he had faith in Angel even after he found out that Angel could have been the one to kill Fred. They have been through so much to gether and I've really missed how they were friends or especially Wesley as Angel's confidant(mainly during s1, some of s2).

I like how Wesley has grown in character over the years. When you look at S3 Buffy it's interesting to see how he's changed since then.

I think they have all changed so much as characters over the seasons. But in my opinion he and Cordelia were the ones who changed the most.

Well, as much as I figured this would happen, it didn't make it any easier.

Like I said in the Ep Discussion Thread, Wesley has become a pillar for me during this show's run, and with the exception of Spike, has easily been my favorite and most appreciated character. Ever since S3 Wes has been nothing but amazing, and that led all the way into night where in his final scene I cried like a baby - yes I openly admit that. Very, very sad. Poor Wes, it was never easy. I just hope he can finally be at peace after a pretty tragic life. Ah, very sad.

I will miss scruffy, gun-toting, leader Wes. Sigh.

Poor Wesley. Over the seasons he's been tortured, beaten, nearly blown up, throat slit, nearly smothered, etc.. etc.. and he surived it all. But I just had a feeling that it would be him who died last night. He was just so sad without Fred there in his life. He really had nothing to live for. And as hard as it is for me to say that because Wesley was always about the mission and helping people. But in the end life was just too hard to live without Fred. So he gave it his all to take out Vail and he nearly suceeded. I wish it had been him who killed Vail before he died himself. But I love it also how Illyria grieved for him and then killed that mo-fo who killed our poor Wesley!

Dear Dear Wesley. May you rest in peace with Fred by your side.

He was such a great character. Went out fighting even if he didn't get to kill that red face demon.

He's a hero. That's the bottom line.

Oh my...I've just watched the finale....and nooooooo....why did it have to be Wes?!

Caro, yep he has to be, 'Angel' wouldn't be the same without Wesley.

Even so, he is finally at peace now, with Fred.

I really hope if they do make a movie, they bring Wesley back some how. I just can't even imagine it without him.
