Again, I can totally relate. Well, I should take that back... as a child, teen I was probably considered high strung and at times, nervous. The anxiety stuff happened when I went away to college and it has lingered (off and on) ever since.

Anxiety is real and sucks. For anyone who doesn't know what it feels like... it's not fun and the more people tell you to relax, calm down, or whatever, the worse it gets.

This was Bob a few months ago:



He's not shy about discussing it. Eliza and Bob said when Bob gets anxiety, hot, his blood pressure goes up, the crew puts some ice packs on his face even to calm him down.
