Amy Abbott on Everwood

Born in Port Perry, Ontario, VanCamp has been performing since the age of 3 as a dancer and at 12 was accepted into the prestigious LEcole Superieure de Danse de Quebec, the official training program of Les Grands Ballet Canadiens. She moved to Vancouver for the intensive training program.

When her older sister, Katie, also a dancer, was cast in a film as a ballerina, Emily fell in love with acting while visiting the set. Since then, she has amassed both television and feature film credits.

In the television miniseries "Jackie O: A Life Story," she portrayed Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis at the age of 13. Frances Fisher, who plays VanCamps mother in "Glory Days," played her mother in the project. Most recently, Emily starred in last years Sundance Film Festival hit "Lost & Delirious" and will be seen in the upcoming feature film "No Good Deed" opposite Samuel L. Jackson Her television debut was on the short live WB show Glory Days when she played Sam. When not on the Vancouver set of "Glory Days," Emily continues her dance training, including ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop.

Emily was by far the best thing about tonight's episode. I still can't get over how well she depicts different emotions; happy holiday shopper, sad-but-supportive friend, angry girlfriend, etc.
Time to roll out that Emmy.
A big Bronx cheer (if you didn't know, that's a bad thing) to the writers, though. Not only did I hate that her and Ephram couldn't be allowed to just be happy for awhile, but there was no behavior even prior to the "big lie" that would ever have identified them as a blissful, newly-intimate couple. Bleah!

Aw you guys used my title!!!! Love it. Yes Emily was great tonight. I really loved how much she cared about Hannah and was trying to help her by doing all the research. She is such a good friend.

I dont know if she and greg dated But i do know she's dating Ben Mckenzie of The OC.

As usual, I have to comment on how splendiforous (I don't even know if that's a word but I like it anyway) Ms. Emily VanCamp looked in tonight's episode. She looked glowingly beautiful when shopping for Christmas presents, and, as she was getting ready for the date (that never happened), I thought she looked absolutely stunning, even if I did question her choice of shirts.

Hell, I even thought she looked good with her hair pulled up in that weird bun-looking 'do. Not as good as the earlier scenes, but still ssssmmmmooookkkkiiiinnnngggg!!!!!

I always love hearing your thoughts on Miss. VanCamp, The Crow.. Never lose that wit of yours.

nessa.. There have been rumors and speculation all around that Greg/Emily have dated. Some people have even claimed to have seen them officially together. Even TVTOME reported on their site that during the end of season 2 that G/E were romantically involved. Greg/Emily have never confirmed this.

As for Ben/Emily. There are pics around that would suggest highly that they were/are together. Although, both Ben/Emily are denying this.

First of all, thanks again for the wit comment. Always glad to know that someone finds my ramblings amusing.

Secondly...I could fill this entire thread with my thoughts about EVC; I figure that it is better form to actually let other people speak though, so I try to limit my outbursts to the once a week rant.
