How long ago did that get changed?

Did you ever watch Smallville? I know her character was very popular. Obviously you have to separate fact from fiction. You can dislike a person but enjoy a show and character they play for sure. But this situation is so awful I am not sure I could ever be a Smallville fan and enjoy her character based on the things she's being charged with.

No I didn't, ended before I really got into tv. Have been tempted to watch it though

The drinking age in New Jersey was lowered to 18 in 1973 (I turned 18 in 1975) and raised to 19 in 1980, and it was raised to 21 in 1982. The National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 established 21 as the legal drinking age across the country. Before that it varied from State to State.

I've been tempted too. I think I'd probably like it overall.

Jerry, did you watch the show?

I watched it occasionally and I really liked Allison Mack's character of Chloe Sullivan. I wasn't a regular watcher though.

I heard Chloe was great too. There was a diehard Ephram/Amy fan back in the day (her SN was Lazy/real name Laura, she was from Finland, she was really fun) I talked to her a lot on the board and via PM. She loved Smallville and Chloe. She wanted to get me to tune in.

ETA: Just found her profile:

She was such a cool person. We rambled on and on together about our Ephram/Amy love. On PM, we deeply discussed Finland and the US, we exchanged stuff on our countries.

I watched the last three seasons because I am a big fan of Superman/Lois Lane. I ended up really enjoying Alison Mack as Chloe and she had killer chem with Justin Hartley. The only Oliver Queen I can abide by.
