He obviously felt obligation to apologize because this is what the people would expect. However either he is not a good actor (never thought he is something extra ordinary as far as acting talent goes) or he just forgot to use his acting skills. I am betting on the first one (if you did not get it already ). In the end it was totally fake.

He's a good actor. I was even disappointed with Jane Fonda who knew about it a year ago and didn't say anything.

That was dead on, and it was done by Sophia Bush, who played Michelle's favorite character on One Tree Hill!

Seriously, she's completely right and the Trump Administration and the Republicans in Congress have no right to regulate women's access to birth control.

She is definitely right. I think a lot of people get this wrong by discussing whether they want to use birth control or not. The question is not about this. The question is about having the freedom to decide on your own as a woman if you want it or not. And honestly she is right. Some people would say that she was direct and maybe even crude, but I like her style. If men think they have right to tell a woman on how to regulate her monthly period then she has right to talk to them like that.

Also she is right. If Viagra is in, birth control should be too. Viagra has no health benefits (compared to birth control). It's only about pure enjoyment.

The monster of hollywood's reality is being unleashed. Now Oliver Stone is under fire. It is a world where systematic oppression of women was not only tolerated but encouraged, so none of this stuff is a shock to me. Ben and Matt Damon are notorious for their bad behavior.

I miss President Kennedy so much. Just listen to what he has to say about all of us being a nation of immigrants. He had his faults, to be sure, and I particularly didn't like his philandering ways, but he was such a charismatic and inspiring leader, and he epitomized class, grace and eloquence, and no modern politician can hold a candle to him, especially Trump. May he Rest In Peace.
I love him too, Jerry and I wasn't even around yet when he was here. My dad liked him and my mom absolutely adored JFK and Robert F. Kennedy. You would get my mom talking about JFK and she didn't stop. She described how she broke down in tears finding out he was murdered.

Amen. These gross men in positions of power taking advantage. Clean house, I want Hollywood and every active participant exposed.

I'll never think of him as a good actor ever again finding out what creep he is. It's the same way for me and Tom Cruise. Never knew how weird he was. I can usually separate off screen from on screen but not when we're talking this kind of stuff, absolutely not.

That's wonderful that your mom loved JFK and RFK Michelle and that your father liked them too. I remember that they announced JFK's assassination at my Grammar School in New York. I was in 1st Grade. I went home and my mother was crying. When RFK was assassinated we went to St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City to view his casket, but the line was long and it was really hot and my sister fainted (I was 10 and she was 8) so we went home.

I admire John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy so much as everyone can undoubtedly tell with my avatar and signature here.

My mom was in school too when she found out about JFK. She couldn't stop crying. She said they shut down the schools and everyone went home because it was too emotionally chaotic. JK Rowling absolutely loves both JFK and RFK. She's made it known throughout the years. She specifically talked about RFK and his fight for the poor. The Harry Potter Series is set up in a way that singled out racism, elitism, poverty, etc. She creatively displays the so many wrongs in this world and the awareness that is needed to change things. She's also called out republican presidents in the past who were terrible and stood for all the wrong things. But yes, her love for the Kennedy's is one of the first things you learn about Rowling.

You have every reason to admire them. There were true fighters for the people. Their lives were far too short. I don't understand. They were making a difference while so many others live well into their 90s still standing up for the rich while trying to take away from the poor, women, and so many other despicable things. It's not fair.

I was being sarcastic when I said he is a good actor. I was referring to his apology to Hilarie Burton.

Very sad and had to have been so confusing for the kids wondering what we going on. My mom talked about how they were all walking home from school, several siblings and cousins, and no one was talking. They lived out in the country in the beautiful rolling hills of Western PA. School was not close. They didn't use a bus that day, they just walked in silence.
