. The reason is really personal but for some reason I snap when I see/hear about violent men. In general I am against violence, but for them I might make exception and could definitely try to hurt them where it hurts the most (and in most cases this is not physical pain). I know the type quite well and and luckily for me (not for them) I need just a conversation to spot them. They speak and act differently compared to other men.

. It's easy to be "brave" and criticize people when you are hiding behind the screen and some username.

Unfortunately stuff like that still happens. Not only in Hollywood but in general. Sure we have developed, but we have also a lot of stuff to improve.

Hollywood views Ben Affleck and Matt Damon as two best friends, decent, down to earth and then there was this going on. Incredible.

Like Hilarie said... she was just a kid. I think Hollywood allows these men to think they walk on water and as a result, they are not held accountable for their actions. I am sure in a sick way Ben thought Hilarie would be honored he was sexually attracted to her. Gross and so inappropriate.

The apology was not heartfelt and real. It was expected but lacked any sort of meaning or truth. Just disgusting.

Yeah, it felt like he was apologising because he got called out on it, not because he genuinely felt sorry.

He had his faults, to be sure, and I particularly didn't like his philandering ways, but he was such a charismatic and inspiring leader, and he epitomized class, grace and eloquence, and no modern politician can hold a candle to him, especially Trump.
