not sure who it could be for though? tbh the only person I can see them getting Kelly to sing for is Reba & I don't know if she'd get that special bit in the awards. Is that a different hall of fame to the one found at the Hall of Fame Museum? As Reba's on that isn't she? Carrie could be used for anyone & I wouldn't put her high on a list to sing for Reba
