That is most
definitely true!
And this is why a lot of studios don't accept unsolicited script works unless if you belong to the writers guild.
Although one of the stories I'm writing is slightly based on an storyline on one of the game threads in the RPG board on
but those that were involved know about it and they're okay with it.
